BBG Policies
Payment
BBG has a simple payment policy. Items will be shipped as soon as payment has been received. Purchases can be paid by Cash, Visa, Mastercard, paypal, or personal cheques. Please note for personal cheques, allow 5 working days from receipt of payment for check to clear.
Shipping
Shipping will be calculated upon receipt of order. Insurance for shipments can be added at an additional cost. Please mention if you are interested in this option. Should the purchase be for a gift, BBG can send the package directly to the person at an additional cost. Please ask for more information.
Return Policy
Beautiful Beads & Gifts stands 100% by all of its products. Should you be dissatisfied for any valid reason, within 7 days of receiving your purchase, we will be happy to credit your account or exchange your Beautiful Beads & Gifts order. To receive full credit or exchange of products:
- Unworn item(s) must be in original packaging/condition
- Proof of purchase
- Please advise valid reason for return
- Use a padded envelope or box for return
- Use postal service which has tracking to track your return. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping.

Guarantee on Merchandise
Should your Jewelry need adjustments you may return it to Beautiful Beads & Gifts to be repaired, provided you have ALL of its original pieces as well as proof of purchase. This jewelry is guaranteed, all you ever pay is the shipping cost.
Gift Wrapping Option
Should your complete purchase or part of it be a gift for someone, Beautiful Beads & Gifts can gift wrap it for an additional charge. There will be a charge of $ 1.50 per gift box added to your invoice.
Custom orders
Custom orders are more than welcome!
If you have any special requests that are not shown on the website, please contact Beautiful Beads & Gifts. Just inform us about what style, beads, crystals, lengths, and so on, that you are interested in and BBG will let you know the cost, stone availability and the length of time it takes to create. All custom orders are final sale.
Repairs
If you receive a damaged product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair. Repairs outside of 7 days from your order are subject to availability of materials & degree of repair. Email us with your problem and we will quote you whether there is a repair fee.
